Many of you will remember a terrible break in back in August.   In the early hours of Wednesday 15 August, the premises at Epsom RDA were broken into.   Although nothing was stolen two of their ponies, Marigold and Buffy, were attacked both receiving multiple injuries.    A third horse was also injured that was kept on livery at the centre.   Sadly Sam succumbed to his injuries.  One pony suffered nine puncture wounds, and the other pony suffered two puncture wounds and a deep slash to her neck.   The ponies were both obviously traumatised by what they experienced that night.   The ponies will not be returning back to their ridden duties, and so two new ponies must be found to replace them in their ridden duties with riders from the RDA.

Sarah Sjoholm-Patience a Grand Prix Dressage rider and International coach is helping to bring the equine family together with this amazing Demo Lecture. There will be four beautiful horses where the owners have kindly lent us to learn from. They are all of the different levels and backgrounds so it will be a fantastic learning and positive energy Saturday.
