Saddle fitting was once something that owners and riders showed little interest in.
It was only when something went wrong that they called in the services of a saddle fitter – and even then, it could be somewhat reluctantly.
Since then things have changed….and for the better! Today the riding public has a much greater knowledge of the saddle, it’s fit, and how it may affect the horses performance.
A well made and designed saddle can be an excellent tool, for both horse and rider. A poorly made and fitted saddle is at best a hindrance, at worst a disaster than can really impact your horse in a negative way.
