This month has been very very busy! Me and Koda have been out and about a lot as well as me having to go back to school, but I have had a lovely summer!
I decided it would be fun to do something a little different with Koda and as we have never done it before together, we went XC schooling. I have to say it was rather interesting at times and definitely wasn’t our thing, but we still flew around the BE 90/BE100 course. It was a lovely thing to do with her but definitely a showjumper!
That weekend we set off to Felbridge showground for the BS show where we produced a lovely double clear in an enormous class with around 80 in it to finish 8th in the very up to height discovery.
A week and a bit later I had a lovely surprise at my front door it was my Barn Box and Genius Equestrian brand ambassador clothing! I honestly have to say I love my clothing so much and have loved wearing it out and about. My Barn Box had some really lovely things in it they are all super quality and I have enjoyed all of things in it.
My clothing arrived at the perfect time as the day after we headed off to Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre for the BS show. We went double clear in the 95cm Dorson and Horrell first rounds to finish 3rd in a speedy class and qualify for second rounds. Sadly, we didn’t get our last double clear for British Novice second rounds 2019 and Koda is now way above the point limit but fingers crossed we will get our two more in discovery and all for newcomers!
A week later we went to Coombelands Equestrian Centre again, for a BS show. Koda produced a lovely double clear in the Discovery to finish 4th the class was so competitive there was only a second between 2nd-4th!
The rest of September and October is pretty busy including two very important qualifiers Dorson and Horrell second rounds as well as a blue chip championship qualifier.
