On January 27th, the British Event Organisers Association (BEOA) are holding a Networking Day at Somerford Park, Congleton, Cheshire, to which BE Event Organisers are all invited.

The cost is £10 and will include refreshments.  The day will start at with an introduction from a BEOA representative before handing over to Sarah Skillen.  Sarah has experience in many areas of the equestrian world and will use this to present to the group.  Amongst other companies, Sarah works for Shearwater, Equine Construction & Childeric Saddles, all of whom have different requirements.  She will explain:

“What Sponsors are Looking for from a Sponsorship Deal”.

After Sarah’s presentation participants will be split into groups. There will be representatives from ERA, EHOA, HTSG and BE joining us, so these groups will be as representative as possible. We will discuss how we can work together to meet the needs of potential sponsors, then all get back together to share thoughts.

A Buffet lunch will be provided and during this time, we expect to take the opportunity to have further discussions with the EHOA, ERA, HTSG and BE representatives.

After lunch we will look at the different income opportunities and sponsorship packages that are currently being utilised by different events and groups.
