We are pleased to announce the FEI Athletes Representatives that have been elected following the online election that took place from 29 July to 23 September 2018.

The FEI Athlete representatives play a vital role and provide a voice to the Athlete community within the global FEI decision making process.

There is one Representative per discipline. He/she sits for a four year term (non-renewable) on his/her respective discipline’s FEI Technical Committee and is also a member of the FEI Athletes Committee with all the other Athlete Representatives.

Angelika Trabert from Germany took the Para Dressage representative role:  “I enjoyed the international work very much. For me horses are my passion and the horse helps me and all the fellow equestrian riders to show the world that there is no “dis” ability, if you sit on a horse. The horse itself is the best compensating aid we have and it helps us show all the abilities we have.”
