British Showjumping is delighted to announce that Equitop Myoplast®, the leading nutritional supplement which supports lean muscle growth in horses, will be continuing with their sponsorship of the British Showjumping Senior Foxhunter Championship for the third consecutive year.

The Equitop Myoplast® Senior Foxhunter Championship is a mainstay of the national showjumping calendar and is also one of the most important for those contesting it. It is for registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 700 points and they are to be ridden by an Adult, Associate or Junior Member. All registered horses aged seven years and under in the same calendar year as the Championship Final, irrespective of points, are also eligible to compete. The 2019 series will once again culminate at Horse of the Year Show at Birmingham’s NEC Resorts World Arena (2nd – 6th October 2019).

Equitop Myoplast® is committed to supporting showjumpers and the equestrian industry through highlighting the benefits of its product amongst all riders, trainers and equine enthusiasts. Equitop Myoplast® has been designed with the aim of helping horses respond to the demands of training. It is a unique amino acid supplement which provides horses with the building blocks needed for lean muscle growth. It has been tested free of prohibited substances.

Many leading riders use Equitop Myoplast® and brand ambassadors include international showjumpers Scott Brash, William Whitaker, Emma Stoker, Alison Barton, James Smith, Nicole Pavitt, Trevor Breen, Corinne Collins, Joe Davison and Matt Sampson.

Liz Barrett, Business Head of Equine, commented “The Equitop Myoplast Senior Foxhunter Championship is a popular and prestigious series which showcases up and coming young horses. This is a perfect fit for Equitop Myoplast as the brand supports these young equine athletes and we are excited to be part of their journey.”

Maria Haig, British Showjumping Head of Communications, added “We are delighted to be announcing Equitop Myoplast’s third year of support of the Senior Foxhunter Championship. This Championship is one of the most respected in the national Showjumping calendar and it has proved to be the ideal platform for highlighting the benefits of using Equitop Myoplast for competition horses. We look forward to working alongside the team at Equitop Myoplast for another year.”

Eligible combinations have been competing in the Equitop Myoplast® Senior Foxhunter First Rounds since 1st June 2018 and competitors have until the 31st May 2019 to obtain the four double clears required to qualify for the Equitop Myoplast® Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds, which will be held during May – July 2019.
