A lot has happened since my last blog and it has certainly been a very busy summer. I am

Incredibly grateful and thankful for the opportunities that I have had so far in my sporting career… I am one lucky girl!

In July, Remy and I went to Bishop Burton for our first CPEDI 2*. I was so proud of him for how he handled everything with it being his first international. He did so well and got a win and two close second places.

Then in August we ventured out for his first national championship which was to be at the Festival of Para Dressage in Solihull. Unfortunately, it was just not our day. We produced a solid test but it wasn’t enough to take the win and the championship title but we became reserve champions.

I am thrilled to be able to tell you that #teamcaitlyn has a new addition. He is a 15 year old, 16.2hh, Dutch warmblood gelding who joined us in July. I would like to introduce you to Roko or Nirvana Morroko if we are being posh. I am very grateful to Erin Orford for trusting me with her special boy and if our first few competitions are anything to go by, I hope to make her very proud of us. Despite only being together for a matter of nine weeks, we put our brave pants on and went competing, to successfully score 73.57% in the Individual test at Solihull. There is much more to come from this special boy and I am very excited for our future together.

The reality of sport is sometimes you win and sometimes you learn however every competition is a learning experience and it is how you choose to move on that counts. #keepingitreal
